1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Mallikarjuna Sadan. By accessing or using our website and room inquiry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with room bookings through this platform.

2. Booking Verification & Identification

In accordance with local government regulations for hotel accommodations in Andhra Pradesh, all Indian citizens must present a valid physical government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proofs. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

3. Check-in and Check-out Timings

Standard hotel operating schedules apply unless explicitly agreed otherwise over WhatsApp consultation during confirmation:

  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to room availability and may attract additional tariff charges calculated hourly by management.

4. Tariff Payment & WhatsApp Inquiries

Rates shown on the site are baseline room category pricing. Final pricing customized according to peak festival dates (e.g., Maha Shivaratri, Navratri) will be shared via direct WhatsApp communication. Room allocations are finalized only after the token advance payment confirmation is received by our desk.

5. Code of Conduct & Guest Safety

Srisailam is a holy pilgrim town. We strictly maintain a clean, peaceful, and spiritual atmosphere inside our premises. Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the Sadan premises. Management reserves the absolute right to terminate room occupancy immediately without refund for non-compliance.

6. Damage to Property

Guests will be held fully responsible for any structural damage, severe staining, or broken electronic appliances caused in the rooms during their stay. Repair or replacement expenses will be added directly to the final checkout invoice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our reservation interface following any updates implies unconditional acceptance of the revised rules.
